I grew up on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, and my love of the ocean is fundamental to my expression and inspiration. In this year of the hottest temperatures on record in England, I feel lucky to live so close to the coast.
I spend each day joyfully every day in my studio, sketching, painting, playing. This summer I’ve also had the joy of being on the ocean with my husband in our double kayak. It is beyond a beautiful experience.

The coolness, the freshness, the freedom of being on local waters is beyond words. And as an Australian, I especially love being on water where nothing can kill me.
