Music in all its forms is a real passion of mine. While painting in my studio my music of choice is typically either classical music or jazz. I generally find that music with lyrics is too distracting (other than operas where I don’t understand the language!). This painting is an attempt to capture the notation of staccato and the energy it injects into music.
This is the first of my works in the ‘Staccato’ series.
Dimensions: 76cm x 76cm unframed
Medium: Acrylic on Wooden Board
