Contemporary Artist

My studio is in Torbay in South Devon, flanked by both the stunning Devon coastline and the beauty of Dartmoor.

Originally from Sydney, Australia, I’m a contemporary artist now based in South Devon, England.

I’m inspired by both landscape moods and abstract form, as well as by colour. For me, painting is a way of creatively documenting the full gamut of my sensory experience.

Living in South Devon, in the most beautiful landscape of both moor and sea, its impossible for me not to find inspiration in my surroundings.

I hope that through my parallel themes of both pure abstraction and landscape work, I can connect with you, the viewer, and that you may see something in my work that resonates.

The Highlight of the Year So Far!

I’m delighted to say that my painting ‘Nebula’ was selected for the prestigious London Art Biennale 2025, held from the 16th (Inauguration Evening) to the 20th July. This event takes place every two years on the historic King’s Rd in Chelsea & Kensington, presenting a professionally curated museum-quality award show. Over the course of the few days of the Exhibition there were thousands of visitors including gallery owners, collectors and art lovers. It was for me the event of a lifetime.

I feel truly honoured to have had my work selected from such a competitive field of international artists from over 60 countries.
